After a very successful financial year 2010/2011, with products shipped to breweries on every continent, KÜNZEL presented itself at the Brau Beviale 2011 as a leading manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the first production phase in the brewery “From Malt to Mash“.

Based on its consultation and planning services that are tailored to the individual customer’s needs KÜNZEL supplies both complete plants as well as sub-systems such as intake systems, silos, cleaning machines, filter systems, scales, conveyors and the entire range of mills for dry milling with 2, 4 and 6-roller mills for malt, barley, rice and corn.



All KÜNZEL plants and equipment are designed in strict compliance with ATEX directives as well as with the country-specific or brewery-specific regulations.
To complete the product program the required control and automation systems are also provided and individually adjusted to the overall concept of the respective brewery.

Besides implementing the latest requirements for protection against potentially explosive atmospheres (DSEAR/ATEX) in new plants, also existing plants and equipment can be upgraded with state-of-the-art safety technology. This service kicks off with the inspection of the existing equipment by an expert and continues with the preparation of a safety concept that leads up to an optimized plant safety technology, including the preparation of any required expert reports.
